Who controls workspace information
Each participating service provider controls the records in its workspace. Frames of Service Foundation operates CaptureBeacon and processes those records to provide the service.
Information CaptureBeacon may process
This may include account identity, contact details, service requests, appointments, event registrations, operational updates, communication preferences, consent records, audit history, and links to outside services. CaptureBeacon does not store photograph files.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the requested workflow, protect accounts, deliver requested communications, support recovery, investigate incidents, and improve CaptureBeacon. CaptureBeacon does not sell personal information.
Isolation and access
Workspace records are separated by owner. Owners control manager and team access. Field access can be limited to an assigned job or event. Platform Support access requires a verified request, owner approval, a limited scope, an expiration time, and an audit record.
Service providers
CaptureBeacon uses Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services for hosting, storage, identity, and approved email delivery. Providers may separately connect outside scheduling, payment, gallery, or file-delivery services; those services have their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Records are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule because providers may need long-term service history. A verified request may be used to access, correct, export, or remove information when appropriate. Email Jon@FramesOfService.org.
