The service

CaptureBeacon is a program of Frames of Service Foundation. Early Access is available only to approved workspace owners and people they authorize. Features may change as the service improves.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, your business or service practices, staff access, client agreements, permissions, releases, safety requirements, taxes, and legal compliance. CaptureBeacon does not represent that a user has a registered company, trademark, professional license, insurance, or any particular legal status.

Acceptable use

Do not use CaptureBeacon to break the law, harm another person, send unwanted communications, interfere with the service, attempt to enter another workspace, or upload information you are not authorized to provide. Protect sign-in links and remove access promptly when a team member no longer needs it.

Connected services

Payment, text messaging, photo storage, galleries, and other outside services are separate unless CaptureBeacon explicitly states otherwise. Their availability and terms are controlled by their providers.

Availability and changes

CaptureBeacon is provided during Early Access without a separate contractual uptime guarantee. Planned or emergency changes may occur to protect users, preserve data, fix problems, or improve the service.

Ending access and data exit

A workspace owner may export available workspace records. Suspension or closure does not automatically delete records. Contact CaptureBeacon for a verified closure or removal request.
