Your plan, clearly explained.
Who provides CaptureBeacon
CaptureBeacon is operated by Frames of Service Foundation Inc. These subscription terms supplement the service terms and privacy notice. They apply when an authorized owner accepts them and starts a paid subscription. Applying does not create a charge or workspace; new companies are reviewed first.
One subscription per company workspace
Essential: $5 USD per month. Core scheduling, recurring visits, Field and Client access, reports and ordinary notifications.
Plus: $15 USD per month total. Essential plus AI assistance and route planning. A full calendar month includes 100 AI questions, 20 route credits and 50 address lookups. Most route checks use one credit; larger checks can use two. Initial allowances are prorated and unused allowances do not carry forward. There are no automatic overage charges. Features require applicable owner consent and service availability.
Payment and renewal
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Processing fees are included in the plan price. Applicable tax is additional and shown at checkout. You authorize recurring payment for your selected plan until cancellation. Subscriptions renew on the first of each month using UTC; your local date may differ. Starting partway through a month produces a prorated first payment and prorated Plus allowances. Review the final amount before paying.
Changing your plan
An upgrade takes effect after its additional payment is confirmed. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Your current paid plan remains available through its paid-through date. Review and confirm the amount or effective date before submitting a change.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in your workspace's billing portal before renewal to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. There is no automatic refund for unused time. Contact support for review of duplicate charges, billing mistakes or service failures. Refund decisions are reviewed individually, and any rights required by applicable law remain available. A refund does not by itself cancel future renewals; manage cancellation separately or ask support to help with both.
If payment fails
New paid workspace changes pause when the paid period ends unless renewal payment is confirmed. Existing records, exports, billing recovery and updates to existing assigned Field jobs remain available. New AI and route requests require paid Plus access. Confirmed late payment restores the remaining covered period; it does not restart a full month. Refunds and disputes may require an access review. A payment problem does not automatically delete your records.
AI, routing and your business
AI helps you interpret information from your authorized workspace. Review its answers and routing recommendations. AI does not make autonomous changes in this release. Travel estimates can change and do not guarantee an arrival time. You remain responsible for staffing, scheduling, customer commitments and decisions.

We record the accepted terms version, date, owner identity and selected plan. Acceptance does not grant access until payment is verified. This version does not authorize a future price increase without further notice and acceptance.
