What to know before participating
Who is responsible
The service provider controls its workspace and remains responsible for its services, staffing, client permissions, releases, safety practices, and legal obligations. CaptureBeacon is a program of Frames of Service Foundation and supplies workflow tools.
What CaptureBeacon stores
CaptureBeacon may store contact information, requests, appointments, event registrations, arrival and work status, communication preferences, consent records, operational notes, and links to outside delivery services. Information remains isolated to the applicable provider workspace and authorized people. CaptureBeacon does not store photograph files.
Youth participation
When a provider enables youth participation for a particular service or event, the provider remains responsible for its permission and release process. A parent or legal guardian should submit information for a child when required.
How long records remain
There is no scheduled automatic deletion because providers may need client and service history over time. Records may be corrected or removed after a verified request, or when removal is necessary for privacy, security, or legal reasons. Archived records may otherwise remain available to the workspace owner.
Service changes
Early Access features and notices may change as the service improves. CaptureBeacon will describe material changes in the application when appropriate.
